Don’t have a Christmas cat in my Christmas novel- but here’s one I prepared earlier
It seems surreal that I am juggling between finishing my latest novel, (current title Christmas at Holywell Hill) along with a book cover change for the paperback The Magic of Stars, while also thinking about next years Potter’s Daughter publication with publisher Choc Lit. (I’m hoping that I get an input with the cover – already designed in my head)
I can only conclude, as I ponder on this work schedule, that I must finally be a proper writer! I might even try it out the next time someone asks me ‘what I do ‘ and I must try not to add ‘Oh, just romance,’ when they ask me what kind of books I write, before their eyes glaze over – the market for romance is huge BTW.
Here it is – the cover is a bit different from the ebook due to ‘technical problems’ but just as brilliant a read 🙂

About Jackie Ladbury
I write heart-warming contemporary romcoms and historical women’s fiction that is always guaranteed a happy ever after. From spending many years as an air-stewardess and seeing that it really is love that makes the world go around, I determined to put the same sparkle and emotion into my stories.
My life is no longer as exotic (or chaotic) as it was in those heady days of flying around the world as I live a quiet life in Hertfordshire with my beautiful family and two pesky cats.
Air Guitar and Caviar and The Magic of Stars are airline based novels and Christmas Kisses on Hollywell Hill is a stand-alone feel-good Christmas romance set in St Albans.
The Potter's Daughter was published by Choc Lit/Ruby Fiction in February 2019 and Happy Christmas Eve was published Christmas 2019 by Ruby fiction/ Choc Lit.
